With All the Nations Airports, originally released in 1996, Archers of Loaf were uncompromising in their efforts to push themselves in new directions. They delivered an album that included some of the more simple indie pop songs that had made them famous as well as four instrumental tracks, layered tape loops and even a solo piano song, but the song structures became much more complex. These songs provided a wide range of color and emotion but somehow none of the songs seemed out of place on the album. Album artwork re-imagined by Ian Dingman.

The acclaimed 1993 debut album from Archers of Loaf, reissued by Merge in 2011. It is the only album released which features Jacquie O'Sullivan who replaced Siobhan Faley in Bananarama upon her departure in 1988. The album includes the singles "Preacher Man," "Long Train Running", "Only Your Love", and "Tripping On Your Love." Bananarama are often cited as the UK's most successful ever girl group with five UK singles and ten top tens. They were the girl group that defined the '80s with their run of pop hits which soundtracked the lives of fans around the world. The news of Bananarama's reunion, after nearly 30 years, was met with universal approval and saw the band celebrated all over again. In 2017 the trio reassembled for a UK tour in a pop reunion only dreamt of in the wildest imaginations by many quarters. The band reunited in their original line up for the first time in years. For many, Siobhan stepping back into her natural habitat once again is pop's very own version of Morrissey and Marr re-uniting.

The 12-track album produced by Grant Showbiz, features Bragg's band the Blokes, comprising the celebrated Ian McLagan (of Small Faces, Dylan, Faces & Rolling Stones) on Hammond organ & piano, Ben Mandelson (lap steel guitar & bouzouki); Lu Edmonds (electric guitar & vocals); Martyn Barker (drums) and Simon Edwards (bass). They are joined by the legendary Robert Wyatt, the guest vocalist the track 'I Keep Faith' recorded in So. Thorsby, Lincolnshire. The collaboration came about when Bragg, in search of fresh rhubarb for a crumble, was in nearby Louth where he met Wyatt who lives in the town. "I hadn't seen him since Red Wedge (the 1986 Labour Party youth vote initiative)," says Bragg. "He found me some rhubarb & then came along to the recording session and sang beautiful vocals to the chorus of 'I Keep Faith' it was like angels singing!"

Vinyl LP repressing. BLIND MELON was the eponymous debut album by acclaimed rock band Blind Melon, released in 1992, featuring breakthrough single 'No Rain'. Fronted by singer Shannon Hoon (who can be heard doing backing vocals on Guns N Roses' Use Your Illusion I and II) Blind Melon had a distinctive sound, influenced by Southern Rock and Psychedelic Rock. Songs like 'Soak the Sin' and 'Tones of Home' evoke Hard Rock with a funky sound; 'Time' resembles Grateful Dead-style improvisational music and acoustic songs like 'Change' and 'No Rain' hinted at Pop and Folk influences. The band recorded the bulk of the album with producer Rick Parashar (who had produced Pearl Jam's 'Ten') at London Bridge Studio in Seattle, Washington. Blind Melon's production is marked by the use of outdated amplifiers and other antiquated studio technology. Modern studio effects were not used in it's production as the band wanted to create a pure and intimate sounding record.

Blondie's first concert in 17 years on February 10, 1999, at the New York's town hall, was an emotional one. This live album features the founding members Debbie Harry, Chris Stein, Jimmy Destri and Clem Burke and includes highlights of their earlier career as well as songs of their hit album "No Exit".

Originally released in 1989, Sonic Temple proved to be a pivotal moment for The Cult. The Head on the Door is the sixth studio album by English rock band The Cure, originally released in August 1985. The Head on the Door was depicted by the Melody Maker as "a collection of pop songs." With its variety of styles, it allowed the group to reach a wider audience in both Europe and North America. In the UK, it quickly became their most successful album to date, climbing at Number 7 in the albums chart. The album is the first to feature drummer Boris Williams. Bassist Simon Gallup, who had previously worked on three major Cure albums of the early 80's, was called back before the recording. In 1985, the band became a quintet with instrumentalist Porl Thompson as fifth official member. The Head on the Door is the first Cure album where all the songs are composed by singer and guitarist Robert Smith only. This record will be released on 180 gram vinyl.

Recorded in Hollywood, New York City and Vancouver, British Columbia, 'Look Now' is beautiful in its simplicity, reflective in its lyrical vision, surrounded by melodies and orchestrations that are nothing short of heavenly. Welcome to Wherever You Are is the band's eighth album and was released in 1992. It boasts the singles Heaven Sent, Taste It, Baby Don't Cry and Beautiful Girl. Of course - it was a time grunge and alternative breaking into the mainstream, INXS tried to establish a new direction for itself, la U2 and Achtung Baby incorporating sitars, a 60-piece orchestra, and a much more "raw" sound to their music. In it's four star review of the album, Q called it "... a far more engaging and heartfelt collection than anything the group has put out in recent memory... It rocks," and listed it as one of the 50 Best Albums of 1992.

Following the 2015 release of the critically acclaimed Fast Forward , legendary songwriter Joe Jackson is releasing the 20th studio album of his career. 'Fool' is the fulfilment of a career-long dream: to finish a tour and head straight into the studio with the band firing on all cylinders. So, on July 29th, Joe wrapped up his 2018 summer tour at The Eqyptian Theater in Boise, Idaho and the following day set up shop at Tonic Room Studios in town. The album was co-produced by Jackson and producer Pat Dillett (David Byrne, Sufjan Stevens, Glen Hansard, etc.) The band in question was the same group that Jackson has played live with ever since the release of Fast Forward : Teddy Kumpel on guitar, Doug Yowell on drums, and long-time collaborator Graham Maby on bass (Maby was on that first recording session 40 years ago as well). The Fast Forward Tour took on a life of its own and enjoyed several encores over the last 3 years with the band ultimately playing 103 shows together during that time span.

A collection of theme songs and featured tunes from a variety of exploitation films from the '60s and '70s, Josie Cotton'S Invasion of the B-Girls is a one-of-a-kind album. Mikels film, not Spike Lee's) are all on board and delivered with expected Josie panache. Midnight Oil will donate it's share of any proceeds it receives from this release to organizations which seek to elevate The Uluru Statement From The Heart in particular and Indigenous reconciliation more broadly. After centuries of struggle for recognition and justice, 2017's Uluru Statement called for the establishment of a 'First Nations Voice' enshrined in the Australian Constitution and the establishment of a 'Makarrata Commission' to supervise agreement-making and truth-telling between governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Clearly this mini-album has ended up being timely in ways nobody could have anticipated as the Black Lives Matter movement surges globally and renews local focus on Aboriginal deaths in custody. However, The Makarrata Project was actually recorded late last year after the band regrouped for a European tour. They entered the studio with about twenty songs of which seven revolved around themes of reconciliation so they decided to record that batch of material separately with a wide range of Indigenous collaborators (the rest of the new recordings are slated for a 2021 release).

The songs were recorded between January and September 1981 during sessions that took place at AIR Studios in Montserrat and Le Studio in Quebec, assisted by record producer Hugh Padgham. Ghost in the Machine reached #1 in the UK Albums Chart and #2 in the U. S. Billboard 200. The band released three successful singles from the album: "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic", "Invisible Sun", and "Spirits in the Material World". The album went multi-platinum in the U. S.
